| Lots Of Countries Send Help To Disaster Victims |
|
I live in the UK and I am always
pleasantly surprised how a tiddly
island like ours can cough up
millions to other countries in need
- it restores my faith in human
nature.

Yes, the United States. What a
benevolent country. We're always
going out of our way to give relief
to those in need. Myanmar for
instance, we tried to give aid to
them, but their government refused
our help. Inevitably in the end, we
still helped them. (Triumph at
last!)

I live in India and we're trying to
help our neighboring countries as
much as possible.For instance
recently India's given donations
for the poor victims of the Myanmar
cyclones.

The Good Ole USA always comes to
the rescue...even at times when
they should mind their own
business. We contribute medical
teams, blankets, have blood drives,
money, food, etc.

I do as I live in the United
States, but I often wonder how much
of the help we give really goes to
the people that need it and how
much the local governments benefit
from our good hearted giving to the
needy people in their time of
disaster.
