That's true, Obama and Bush are
just as stupid as the majority of
Americans.

Probably true, which is a sad
statement for the intelligence of
the average American.

If this is true, than it makes me
wonder if Bush is on drugs!

Sy1508, I'm from OK and our English
isn't that different from TX.
There is no excuse, but you are
kind for trying. Whatever "they"
are basing this supposed IQ on,
it's not any more invulnerable to
cheating than anything else he's
cheated on. There is no way he has
that IQ. I don't care who says so.
It isn't so much that he can't
speak, he can't THINK. There has
to be some intelligent thought
process to make a decent speaker.

I have heard them both speak and if
they are that smart, then they must
be saving it all for a later date
because they sure aren't using it
now.

George W. Bush always sounds like a
second grader giving a book report
whenever he speaks in public. He is
clueless!

IQ tests are not the same as SATs -
they are only making a rough guess
at GW's IQ from his SAT results.
Frankly, if he really DOES have an
IQ of 125, he's doing a pretty good
job of hiding it. I speak as an
outsider (English) looking in. I
wouldn't say he was smart - you
know the phrase 'if it looks like a
duck, and it sounds like a
duck....'?

 I haven't read this but I don't
think either of them is smarter
than 95% of the US Population. The
media will write anything and we
will read it so until I see their
IQ reports I will have to dismiss
anything the media prints on this
subject. Both may be smart, but
being smart does not always make
you better, it just make some
people think they are better
sometimes
