 Yes it should be.

 It's a person's choice. Makes no
difference.

 I think that it's okay. I don't see
any problem in showing tattoos.

 If its obscene, i.e. Cussing,
nudity, then no. But other than
that it doesn't matter. Show em
off.

People should be able to show their
tattoos as long as they are not
offensive to anyone.

If this is such a free country,
then yes, I feel it should be
allowed, just as long as it isn't
offensive

I want to get a "loud" tattoo! But
then I guess they are like
children....better seen than heard.
Maybe even better only seen when
you get a peek at it under a short
skirt or slightly over the waist
band. H.

Well,I think that people have the
right to do what they want. Yes but
i still disagree, any way it still
spoils your skin n may give you
skin diseases

Sorry, but when I am dealing with
someone in the pouter store or at
the cashiers stand, I do not want
to see tats, I want to see a clean
cut person, who is polite and
courteous to me. What does that say
about a business? Unless you are in
a tat shop.

I like tattoos.but if you mean TV
Shows and movies.. Sometimes the
having a tattoo might not fit in
with the character. Like if your
playing a Young NUN and had
gangster tattoo.. Wouldn't make
sense.. So I guess that is why they
hide them
