It's not the boys fault. If anything it's the media and adults pressuring the girls to have sex. I mean come on, when you have roll models like Britney Spears, The Pussy Cat Dolls, and other music artists parading around like hookers what do you expect?
Also, most of the time the girls aren't getting "forced" except in the case of full rape which does happen to teens but not as much as mutual stupidity happens. Most of the time the girls aren't being forced, they have a choice and they make the wrong one.

 It is not the boys but the environment that these girls are raised in. Also I do not see a problem with young people having sex.

 I believe that media has a lot to do with both genders, not just one side of the post. They are pressured to want to be like someone they aren't, and expected to behave in this manner, or you aren't cool, what a joke society is becoming.

 I have seen this activity occur but the contrary I have witnessed as well. Precociousness and responsibility has a factor in what a child is persuaded into doing. Ultimately, your premise is understandable for the evidence is prevalent.

 Boys are no different than they ever were in that regard. The girls are just getting easier and if anything, more aggressive. Used to be, if a girl slept around, she was ostracized as a tramp... Today that's supposed to make you cool. A girl can run faster with her dress up than a boy can with his pants down.

Back in my day, there was peer pressures just as there are now. Everyone wanted to be one of the "cool" crowd. Since when did being "cool" mean being a conformist and going with the crowd? Sheep join the flock... The cool, and courageous walk alone.
