It is not hard to make any decision
based on this topic. The pats are
ready and poised to take it for
another year. I am soooo looking
forward to wiping that smug
hillbilly grin off of payton's
face. The way that i see it the
only real competition this year is
the colts and i am looking forward
to a true battle between the two
teams. This season will be
exciting. GO PATS!!!!!!!!!

 Well I don't disagree. I just don't
necessarily care everyone has
fallen in front of them, there is
no reason anyone should beat them.
But isn't this supposed to be a
debate? I'm bored with them, who
would ever say, with authority,
that their team is going to beat
the pats.

Their is really not one side on
this I can vote yet, I love Pro
sports and since Football is just
in the Pre-Season I hope you post
this again when the season is
underway. It is just to hard to
make a predicition on this one.

Every dynasty has to die some time.
I see next year as the time for
New England's. Their LB core and
SS Rodney Harrison are both old
and could flopp any day now.
However that flopp may have been
started in super bowl 42 with the
Giant loss. Which will make the
Pats secondary/backfield and LB
core the 2 biggest defensive
disappointments in the NFL.
Another reason why I don't think
the Pats LB core and secondary will
be that great next season is off
season losses, such as 4 0f their 5
starting Cb's, one of which is
their best defender in CB Asantai
Samuel and other key young guys
such as S-Eugine Wilson. + The
Pats lost their second youngest
starting LB from last season in
Rosivelt Colvin. I also don' t
think the guys the Pats signed for
replacements of these guys are the
types of FA's Bill Belichick goes
after and are a bunch of has beens
and never will be's. I also don't
think their O-line just like in
super bowl 42 will have an answer
next season for 3 defensive
ends/defensive end OLB hybrids.
So not only do I think the Pats
will not win super bowl 43, but I
also don't see them making the
playoffs next season, because their
O-line will not be strong and I
look for their defense to be
amongst at least the NFL's bottom
10.

While i was rooting for them, and
had money on them, they lost. I
have to say Superbowl 08 was one of
the most exciting games I've ever
seen.

I love it when people count the
Colts out. Last year it was
because they were playing in
Foxborough. Now it's because they
don't have a perfect season like
the Pats. Whatever! I will enjoy
wearing my hat while I watch the
Colts repeat on Super bowl Sunday
in 2008. Oh yeah, and pass the
chips, Mr. Brady.

Patriots look super hot. They are
not my favorite team, but they have
Brady, Moss, Welker, Stallworth,
Faulk, and other good guys as well
as a great Defense. The partiots
also have an invincible offensive
line, which makes Brady look a
little better than he actually is.

 Still too early to tell,
Can never tell in football.
In the playoffs all it takes is 1
bad game to be sent home.
So far Pats looks razor sharp. So
does a few other teams including
the Colts.
