What an insane stance! The racist
slur is designed simply to shut
people up so that they feel they
can't question anyone about
anything. Obama is a candidate,
and he has even said that the
controversy regarding Rev. Wright
was suitable for discussion. When
one runs for political office, they
should be savvy enough to realize
they will be questioned and
scrutinized about every issue. Are
we to keep hands off because he is
black???

This debate is based upon a false
premise. I do not support Hillary,
but I have not seen her, or her
family, make any racial attacks
against Obama and his family.
Simply disagreeing with someone who
is a different race does not mean
you are a racist. REAL racists are
those who try to say that
everything is about race.

If you choose to run for public
office, then you lose the right to
call foul.

I posted a similar debate awhile
ago on this but it seemed not
generate much interest.
HC will do anything to get into the
whitehouse. She thought it was a
sure thing but than along comea a
credibal alternative to HC and
starts to eat away at her support.
As soon as it was clear that Obama
was going to take over as favorite
she starts questioning his
capabilities, why people are
supporting him (the race issue) but
never questioned her own support
(the gender issue). In her quest
to become the first female
president she is damaging herself
and her own party and handing
things on a plate to the other
side. People who are floating
voters will look at her and think
do we REALLY want this sort of
person as our next president? At
the same time they will look at
Obama and think that if his own
party are not sure of him should I
vote for him? So they will either
not vote or vote for the other
side.
I think America has, to a certain
extent, has had enough of the
personalities style politics of the
past and are now more interested in
what is good for America (I hope)
and good for the world (an even
bigger hope) and I would hope its
people take this into account when
they put their cross on the paper.

First off, this is a question. If
you took off why do you think then
your better off.
I disagree with this statement.
I want you to think really really
hard. If it were anyone else that
were white and going against Obama,
do you honestly think that they
wouldn't be accused of racism was
well?
Further more, as I'm reading
everyone else's answers, they are
giving no reasons of support to
there answers or evidence of this
accusation. You didn't even give
any evidence in your own answer.

Politics is brutal and I have found
the Clintons to be particularly
evident in their tactics. That is
not to say Obama does not try the
same, or any of the Republican
candidates, of course they do, but
most have the good sense of when to
not look as though they are
swinging like a four-year-old with
a whiffle ball bat. Well, maybe
Huckabee doesn't, but nonetheless.
Sorry, cheap shot, had to take it.

I am against anyone doing this, but
you have to blame the news media on
part of whats going on and he is
just as guilty of doing things and
saying things as she is.
