I am a wife and mom and new grandma who also enjoys taking kid pictures. I received a new Koda digital photo with printer set still in box. I am comfortable with my Olymus telephoto camera but looking for a good book or video/cd on the best use of this new kind of photography. Reference books or web sites I should check out?

Hi, I have some basic tutorials that I wrote a couple of weeks ago taking about shutter speed, aperture and depth of field. Please take a few mins to read some of them - if you have any further questions please just ask!

The good thing about digital photography is that you can snap away and take as many pictures as you want because you can delete any you don't like or that don't come up to scratch. There is no waste with digital photography. I would however discourage using your own printer for processing the pictures, they really do work out a lot dearer than having them done at a shop. Home printers are ok if you want to print off one or two pictures for convenience, otherwise use a shop or even better your local supermarket who always have good deals on for processing.
