I recently had the spelling modified on an answer I posted. My original answer contained the words "math" and "defense". These were changed to "maths" and "defence". I realize that both are correct, however if I wanted to spell words in the British style, I would do so myself. I edited the two words back to my original and a short time later they were changed again. While on the one hand I can consider this "not a big deal", it is a little frustrating, especially when the spelling and grammar in other postings is often so bad I can't even understand what the question is. Also, the question I was responding to had the word "math" in it and that wasn't changed. Thanks for whatever you can do to address this.
P.S. I don't think I've noticed this before. Is it something new?
