Nope, some woman already tried that here in Phoenix..was ticketed and even went to court. Judge ruled not in her favor...one of the reasons is that the baby is not taking extra space in the vehicle.

The casket certainly takes up room, but I don't think it could actually be called car pooling. After all, the corpse doesn't chip in for the gas or take a turn driving.
