I Love Apples! McDonalds has those great apple snacks with dipping sauce. YUM! I haul around a four year old grandchild that only eats McDonald french fries. We see alot of Micky D's. Yes, I know all about nutrition. But have any of you heard about Jessica Seinfeld's new book, "Deceptively Delicious"? It is all about getting your kids to have the foods they love but get the nutrition they need.

Good book! Haven't read the whole book, but did read the reviews. It's all about education on good food/bad food.

OK kids, here goes.
I don't want to brag or anything, but I wake up each day with a smile on my face.
Yes DK, I know. I really should re-name myself freaky happy person!! LOL!!
I have scared my husband in the morning (he's definitely NOT a morning person), but the most fulfilling scare for me was the one I gave my daughter one morning when she was making herself breakfast and didn't hear me descending the stairs.
I scared her so badly that she ran right out of the kitchen and forgot about breakfast!

Oh you are too funny!
My aunt and uncle weren't really morning people either, so I'd get up, dress, make the coffee, walk the dog (a poodle), and be as quiet as I could while having fun performing the domestic duties of the morning!
My aunt still lives in NJ and misss me terribly ... Or so she tells me! LOL!

You scare me. How in the WORLD do you people get up bright and cheery? I will never understand it. In the mornings, all i want to do is sit and sulk quietly. And read the funnies! I have to do that or i"ll be "the hungry crocodile with a person in its enclosure" all day! Seriously.
