It seems like an outstanding way to get FREE health insurance, dental insurance, college education, food, clothes (ok, so they may not be attractive clothes), a roof over your head and a warm bed at night.
And then when you're pardoned you can sue the system for illegal imprisonment using that FREE law degree you earned.
Oh wait, it's not free dutchman...the taxpayers footed the bill! Ha, Ha, Ha!
