If you are ending your 33 weeks of EUC08 benefits, the state of Michigan will give you 13 more weeks of benefits under the EB program for those unemployed. It can go to 20 weeks if MI changes its states EB program laws. ...more

If I remember right, it should just continue. I think that is the tier that you have to send it on the paper they send you, you have to list 3 jobs for each week. It should tell you when you're call-in date will be. Good luck, I'm waiting for this one that they are sitting on for months now. ...more

You need to file a new claim every year. Has your claim expired? When you file a new claim you get a conformation number. Is this what you mean? Your claim has expired or have you exhausted your benefits? ...more
