I Have A Dog That Is Approx 5-6 Months Old. The Dog Has All It's Shots. The Dog Eats & Drinks Ok. Dog Was Always Playful. Now Is Lethargic, You Can Feel The Ribs, Spine Thru The Fur Coat.

I think it depends on what state you're in. I think if your dog wasn't the aggressor- then it sounds like self defense (if dogs had a people's court) But since BOTH were off the leash- it kinda cancels it all out.
