If I were you, I would invest in a good dogpen. Your dog may not like it, but for her saftey and not having problems with your neighbors, it would be a good idea. Just make sure she has plenty of shade when you build it. By confining her you won't have to worry if she will get hit by a car and having a big vet bill to fix her up if she does get hit.
