Asked by Gemini1980 in Loans 2 weeks ago - 1 answer

There would need to be a considerable amount of information you would need to disclose in order for this to be answered properly. You would be well advised to seek some assistance where you live on this matter. Just because your mortgage is 30 years usually does not mean you will be charged a penalty if the loan is paid off early. The banks and mortgage companies are out of control anymore and if I ...more

Just make sure she has plenty of shade when you build it. By confining her you won't have to worry if she will get hit by a car and having a big vet bill to fix her up if she does get hit. Good luck ...more

IIs My Contract On A New Home Still Legal If The Home Is Coming In With An Under Appraisal Of The Original Purchase Price Of The Home, I Would Like To Break The Contract, Can I?

I am friends with a couple of appraisers. From what they tell me, an appraisal is solely an opinion of a person or firm. It is up to the financial institution which one that they use. I'm not saying these are legal facts ...more

My Husband And I Are On Disability Owe $22,000. On Home Equity Loan On Mobile Home Can We Get A Loan For A New Manufactured Home?

Asked by lazylucy in Loans 2 years ago - 1 answer

I'm reading this as the only amount you owe on the mobile home is $22,000. Is that correct? I believe it would depend on the value of your mobile home and lot. If there is reasonable equity above the $22,000 then you should be able to finance a manuf. Home. Contact your bank, or another bank, and have them run the figures for you - it shouldn't cost anything. ...more
