What Is The Different Between A Mall And A Shopping Complex?

According to an oxford dictionary a mall is a building composed of shops,stores and restaurants etc.The thing is that there is a place called Golden Walk in Germiston which fit the definition of a mall but is called a shopping complex.

While a shopping complex has a smaller numbers of stores and is not as large compare to shopping malls...

      A mall is a variety of stores that are connected inside and a shopping complex or what ever you usually access the stores from outside
