How Do I Remove The Father Named On My Sons Birth Certificate?
When i had my son i put the wrong father on his birth certificate out of spite from his real father now times have changed and i dont want him on the birth certificate no longer as we are not together but i dont want to go to court

That sounds like a complicated legal matter. I would suggest starting with the hospital that issued the Birth cert. and explain to them and see what they suggest - Maybe they can fix it.. But more than likely will need a lawyer. I will share the question with Nascarnut.. She usually knows this stuff ;)

If the father is paying child support, you will need his permission. Is there another person willing to adopt? Try probate court.
