Gated Community Access-landlord Pays Dues Late Every Month-prevents Our Access To Amenities And We Must Obtain Daily Visitors Pass To Enter Community. What Is Our Legal Right To Easy Access To Our Home?
Our landlord pays his yearly dues whenever he feels like it in the month. We never know whene they're paid. You have to have a vehicle decal to enter the community and to have access to pool, lake, playgrounds. We must stop every day and get a daily visitors pass to get home because the community will not issue vehicle passes without current dues being paid. Don't we have any legal rights to easy access to our home? Macon, Georgia
