Our landlord pays his yearly dues whenever he feels like it in the month. We never know whene they're paid. You have to have a vehicle decal to enter the community and to have access to pool, lake, playgrounds. We must stop every day and get a daily visitors pass to get home because the community will not issue vehicle passes without current dues being paid.
