The new design is free and users can try it out whenever they like and they can also switch back to the original Yahoo! Mail is they like.

If a user decides to use the new Yahoo! Mail design, then all their contacts and emails will be moved to the new design, allowing users to keep all their stored emails.

The new design displays the name of the sender and the subject at the top of a window, and the contents of the email at the bottom.
