    The organizational structure is the way an organization is designed and what the various levels are. When an organization is formed, it has a certain mission and objective that it wants to achieve. Keeping in mind this mission, the organization’s structure is designed in which the various reporting and working relationships are established. This structure tells you who will do what and report to whom. It gives the classification and division of the organization into various departments. It is the organization of responsibilities and authorities in such a way that the organization will be able to perform what it want to.
