What Is Laminate Flooring?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Laminated flooring basically is a laminate floor substance made to look like an ordinary product like wood flooring or natural stone yet are created out of synthetic materials.

Laminated floor is usually much cheaper as compared to wood and normal stone flooring material, and is a practical solution for a do-it-yourself homeowner to set up. Most distinctive to laminate flooring is its monolithic purpose once each plank or tile is placed into one another, without the application of glue, staples, nails or cementitious compounds.

Laminate flooring has a thick inner core and glued-on coating or fused layers of external matter. Quite a few laminate flooring replicate wood, but quite a few resemble marble or granite even. It is a well know substitute for other hard exterior products because hard-quality laminate flooring do not get stained, they do not wear out.
