What-are-goals?

A Goal can be defined as an ideal state of affairs that is to be achieved by a person or an organization. It is a desired end point that an organization or an individual might strive to obtain.

Goals can be long term goals or short term goals depending on the situation. For A shorter period of time, short term goals are made whereas for a long period of time long term goals are made.
