Im exactly the same.. Im 5ft 3.. And i weigh 11 stone..
I do need to loose it , im not that lazy , and im doing exercise , i think its just puppy fat !
So , just keep fit , and eat healthy , it should go within time :) xxx

Well I'm 5"8 and 13..and i weigh around ten and a half...so i'm not sure. You might weigh more because you've got more Muscel, Muscel weighs way more than fat.

I would say you could do to lose a few pounds. However if you are athletic or just generally very sporty and active you need to remember muscle weighs heavier than fat. Dont forget you are only 13 and it could simply be puppy fat that will drop off in a year or two.

7 stone is a bit underweight for a 13 year old girl for god's sake!
Well im tht and i believe in over weighty i now run on the spot while watching tv and try to stop my snacking but it is hard as a child due to not eating what you choose and eating patterns

I am just the same and im 11 stone but i bike about 5 miles every other day and i feel im not big but i just weigh a lot it has to do with muscles if u have a big muscel mass then u shouldnt worry but if u have no muscel then that is a prob

I'm 13 and 11 and a half stone but i wouldn't say i'm fat just heavy thighed i know theres muscle in there and i know i'm healthy (even though i have a sweet tooth) i just learn to love my body and made sure i don't flirt with guys by sitting on there laps ;)

Dont be annoyed at the girl that said she is just over 6 stone i understand how she feels she obviously is developing a eating disorder and i suffer from one and its most deffinatly not her fault. If i'm honest hun i think you dont need to take any drastic measures just small changes and you will find yourself feeling alot more confident. Maybe try exercise for an hour today (dancing or walking i find enjoyable!) and maybe try cut out snacking (but not completly!). I hope you cheer up soon :) x
