    Golf as a sport was discovered in the 15th century. It originated from a game that was played in the kingdom of Fife in the eastern coast of Scotland. In the 15th century, players would have to hit a pebble using a primitive club or a stick across a natural course sand dunes, rabbit runs and tracks.

    Historically, it has been believed by historians that Chole from Belgium and Kolven from Holland influenced the game highly. The game of golf was introduced in Scotland in the Year 1421 which is also regarded as the birthplace of golf because of the hole that was missing earlier was introduced in the sport in Scotland. Since there, golf has evolved as a major sport across the globe. The earning of a golf player is counted in millions of dollars. One of the oldest golf courses in history is the golf course at Leith near Edinburgh, Scotland.
