Answer Question

Go and buy a nasal spray a salt water solution and apply a few drops in each nostril and blow your nose following the instructions will help.  Or go to the doctor and they can perscribe a nasal spray such as Flonase that also helps and works well use it the same way.  Try and stay away and limit yourself from cigarette smoke in the future.  Good luck and take care.

Sorry to hear you're so miserable... Here a few possibilities.  1) Try wearing a facial mask to work (depending on what you do) you know, like the ones a doctor would wear.  2) When showering use a mentholated shower wash to help open you up, make sure your water is really warm and lather up well.  3)  Try a vaporizer, VICKS makes a small one with replaceable strips. It also has a control setting and it is very inexpensive. You can find them at just about any pharmacy/drug store.
If all else fails I'd suggest speaking to a supervisor about the problem. Perhaps they could limit the smoke breaks or designate a smoking area.  If you don't find yourself getting better, consider seeing a doctor... It definitely is not good to your health!
