Do We Have An Option If We Want Our Profiles On Blurtit, To Be Posted On Google?
I went to Google, and typed in Samiamiam, and a link came up, and it shows: Samiamiam profile-blurtit. That means that anybody can see your profile, and your shouts, do we have an option if we don't want that displayed, because I don't really want someone to look at personal information, or somebody's shout, or anything else personal.

Its called public records. See we the people of the united states have the right to keep tabs on what the government is doing. That's why you know about variuos conterversy about the gov. Well with that in mind anything you mention about your personal life name, number SS# so for so on will be used as public records. Via websites, phone companies, obtaining credit they all ask info to track you down. Try googling your name and see what relatives are listed. Yeah i no longer give more info then absolutely necessary. I ask do i want it that bad first and how much info do i need to give in order to be considered.

I don't like this, as I just did the same thing. I think we should talk to the team about this. Because this is a members site, and it shouldn't be accessible like this.

You don't need to be logged in in order to browse profiles anyways. I think that if you have information that you don't want people to see just don't put it in your bio and leave the shoutbox private. I don't think blurtit should be responsible.
