What Do You Expect From Your Boss?

To treat me with respect, but in order to be treated with respect I would have to earn the respect, and how do I earn the respect by being the best I can be at doing my job.  Know what is going on in your job.  What do I mean by that, lots of people are employed in jobs that they can't do but they are there because of who they know and not what they know.  So in short do your job properly and you will earn the necessary respect
