Are Stores Required To Pay Overtime? Are They Supposed To Give You Check Stub For Hours Work That Week?

It depends if you are a full time employee and work more 40 hours yes they should pay you overtime. However, if you are part time and work more than your normal hours if less than 40 may not be necessary to pay overtime. Your pay check with stub should include how many hours you worked and at which rate you were paid. Standard or overtime rate can be weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever their pay structure is set up to be. Could be bi-monthly or monthly.
