Can Going To The Bathroom Count Toward Your Break?
Work hour were 8:00am to 4:30pm with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch and 2 paid 15 minute breaks. We could combine lunch & breaks for 1 hour total break. Then changed hours to 7:45am to 4:30pm with 45 minute unpaid lunch and 2 paid 15 minute breaks. We can take 45 minute lunch & 1 - 15 minute break for 1 hour total break then the other 15 minute break is to be use for bathroom and water breaks.

My understanding of labor laws state that I have to allow my employee's restroom breaks as needed so long as they do not become excessive or interfere with productivity! Check your local labor laws.
