The positive part of an atom is known as nucleus. Nucleus consists of two particles. These sub-atomic particles are protons and neurons. Neutron is a chargeless particle. Proton has a positive charge so, overall charge on a nucleus is positive. The electrons revolving around the nucleus have very less mass as compared to the mass of proton and mass of neutron. So, the whole mass of an atom is comprised of its nucleus.
