Depends what the law says but if you were fired because of a patern like always late for work, sexual harrasement and things that you have been repeatedly been warned about and written up for then no. You will be denied.

I wondering I talk at a high pitch voice at one employee that never does anything right and I have to ask him over and over again and it can be yelling voice.  I have never been written up but having a felling of getting fired for it.  Will I still ge unemployment in Nevada for it?
