How Do Satellites Move In Space?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Satellites move at the same speed that they were put in, if an astronomer shoved it to space at 5 miles per hour, it would keep going 5 miles per hour until it crashes or someone gets it.this happens because there is no gravity in space so things go at the same speed forever.
