    To become a veterinarian is a very challenging affair. The person should love the pets and also take the onus of responsibility of curing the animals from any diseases. The competition for this kind of a job is very tight so utmost training is essential.

    The person should become a volunteer at any of the local veterinary office or animal hospital to gain proper experience. He should also attempt for the standardised tests required by each veterinary school. Preparation for a state exam is necessary which covers every state laws and regulations.

    He or she should also be a graduate from a veterinary school accompanied by a license which will be an added advantage. Lastly, almost half of the illness gets cured if special care is taken for the animals. One should be in love with animals to cure animals.
