What Kind Of Powers Do Each Of The "Watchmen" Have?

The watchmen don't have real  powers besides Doctor Manhattan.  The Night Owl is a bat man type Hero that relies on gadgets.  Ozymandias is basically supposed to represent the ultimate in human evolution ie without being super-powered per se he has genius level intelligence and total body control.  Rorschach and the Silk Specter are nothing special imo.  Rorschach would be like you or me skulking around in the shadows with a gun.  The Silk Specter is just a chick in a suit.  I guess she possess some hand to hand combat type skills.

A lot of people say they don't have superpowers (other than Dr. Manhattan) because the creators of the characters said so. Maybe they are correct for the comic book they made.
But in the movie, they clearly do things that humans of that size and musculature cannot do! (Even the creators can be a bit off, like how George Lucas says the Death Star is a “space station” even though it's not by definition because it has it's own propulsion.)

Based on the movie (I have not read the comics), the other characters do seem to have some small measure of super strength. Veidt also seems to have some measure of super speed.

These strength and speed factors are nowhere near Spider-Man, or The Flash.

For example, Spider-Man is supposed to be capable of overhead pressing 10 tons (20,000 pounds). That means he's got the strength of about 25 Olympic power lifters, who generally struggle with 800 pounds for that lift.

Rorschach, by comparison, probably has the strength of 2 Olympic (or something like that). He's several times stronger than he looks, even if we can't pin down his exact strength. Being that many times stronger than he looks means he's got a superpower of “strength multiplier”. The exact multiplier is just hard to pin down.

It is difficult to pin down their exact powers because they are not outright stated.

Dr. Manhattan is different. His powers are also not fully stated, but he can teleport, 'breathe' with no air, make people explode, effect matter on the atomic level, predict parts of the future, etc.
