I never thought you'd be the one,
To end up hurting me the way you did.
You've hurt me quite a few times
With the little things you've said and done
Although I never seemed to show it
I thought we had something special from the start
I honestly though you were different
I know now that I was wrong
You never really wanted what I wanted
You can say all you like but it won't change a thing
I sensed things were different for a while
So now I hope you feel guilty
Don't bother to start and explain
I don't want to know or hear from you again.
I should have known better that you'd choose someone else over me
If I knew earlier I wouldn't have kept on trying
I never thought I'd endure the pain and hurt that I have
It's always the way things go in my life
So please forget we ever met and me altogether
I think it's for the best
Don't worry I'll be fine and go on with my life
The pain I have endured is just another lesson learnt
You lied about everything you've ever said and led me on all along
I'll never forgive you for that
And that feeling will stay for ever.

I always thought we be together for a very long time but i guess you never realized that i wanted you to myself n you played me like a fool and went to somebody else damn i should known you would turn around and do it again but i always wanted to be more than just your friend but now i see it won't ever be that way i'm gone now and the feelings i had for you won't ever be the same
