Can the finance company take me to court to pay for a car that been repossess three month ago.I was just layoff my job and have little money

    Yes they can.  They are trying to collect the amount owed per your contract.  Repossession doesn't relieve you of your contractual obligation to pay, but you might check with the finance company to see if you can negotiate the balance owed/reach a settlement. Don't wait until it goes to court for judgment, or you will likely have to pay the entire amount owed.
