Just like in case of humans, there are tests that are used to diagnosed virus similarly in computers there are Anti-viruses for that purpose. You need to install any anti-virus in your system. Once anti-virus is installed, you can now run virus scan and can see any infected files in your system. You can even manually check the virus in your system by using search option in your Operating System. Some good antiviruses are Avira, AVG, Norton, McAfee.
