My 14year Huskieshep Coughed, Has Trouble Breathing Last Week. Now She Won't Eat, Throws Up When She Drinks Water: Yellow, Thick Phlegm. Vet Perscribed Antibiotics, She Throws Them Up Within 5 Minutes.

I know this is bacterial, and she's an old dog. If she doesn't heal enough to eat, she may get malnurished. But she can't get the meds in her as she keeps throwing them up. I can't see the vet for two days... What do i dod?!?!

There are antibiotics which are less upsetting for her tummy, and I am sure your vet will consider these when you see them tomorrow. Or maybe give the antibiotics as injection instead.
For now I would concentrate on getting small amounts of very nutritious food into her. Something like chopped boiled egg, tinned fish, cooked mince.
Keep her out of draughts, and only take her outside to go to the toilet, she is too ill for exercise.

We had a similar situation with our Husky, the yellow foamy phlegm and no eating and vomiting when she drank anything. She had an obstruction in her intestine. You may need an xray to determine the cause.
