Why Does My Red Eared Slider Eat Her Eggs?
After laying several eggs, she eats them usually within a day or two. I also, have a catfish in the tank with her. I bought the catfish at a pet store.

Is it possible that your red eared slider is laying her eggs in the water instead of the dirt? If this is the case the eggs are not viable and therefore she is consuming them as an ordinary food source. This might also happen if she did not successfully bury the eggs in the dirt and then stumbles back across them forgetting what they are.
