What Rights Do Renters Have Against Landlords That Refuse To Have Mold Removed?
I moved in only 4 days ago, already alerted landlord that the walls have mold, she shrugged it off as mildew, didnt know there was a difference, and she told me to open a window, I would rather just get my money back and move.

I believe you have a problem here. You should have checked the apartment before moving in. It all depends on your lease agreement now. The fact that you have signed the agreement signifies that you have inspected the apartment before moving in and you have accepted it in its current condition, unless there are any other terms of your lease. So i suppose it would be very difficult for you to get your money back. I suggest you talk with a lawyer first and review your agreement with him so that he can find a way out.
