Do Freezers Suck The Moisture Out Of Things?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

You do find that some foods tend to be drier after they have been frozen. I think that the moisture in the food, take bread as an example, turns to ice ,then must evaporate off when you defrost it . Long term freezing must damage the structure of the food ,freezer burn.
