Well its a part of going through puberty. First your chest starts to get very sore and then it starts getting pointy. Over time they will start to grow and get circular and stuff, im still getting my breast in and it really hurts because i'm athletic and i do gymnastics and it stunts my growth. It was hard for me to play football with my friends that were dudes because every time i would catch the ball and hold it to my chest it would hurt very bad, to the point where i didnt want anyone to touch them. But they will grow, trust me!

Its from puberty it can come faster from hormones from food or from your family trait
