Netflix is the name of an online movie rental service that was started in 1999. It offers or lends DVDs to its members and provides movie entertainment to its customers. The Netflix service states that their online membership can be cancelled at anytime, 24 hours a day without any cancellation fees. They offer a 14-day free trial membership initially.
They have a link that says "Cancel Netflix" located under the bookmarks page which would enable you cancel the account. But before that you have to return all the rented DVDs and pay of all your dues if any. Though it seems to be simple at times canceling these membership accounts pose to be a great problem due to their lengthy and tedious procedures. The same complaints have also been stated against Netflix.
