Genius in its noun form means someone who has extraordinary intelligence or outstanding intellectual ability. It is also used to denote exceptional creative or intellectual capacity. Geniuses exhibit outstanding abilities at some field like a mathematical genius or an artistic genius. However its usage is normally restricted to mental abilities.

A genius may distinguish himself or herself very early in life like childhood or even much later. Their distinct originality sets them apart from the rest. An intellectual genius may have an Intellectual Quotient (IQ) of over a hundred and forty. They have a very clear ides of a given situation and many claim that the facts just seem to hit them and then they build on those facts usually with great energy and speed. A musical genius may have the ability to keep several different melodies in their heads simultaneously. Some example will be Bach or Mozart. A normal person on the other hand will be able to keep just one tune in their head at a time.

The most famous genius of the century is Albert Einstein, most famous for his Theory of Relativity.
