Write anything you like in the box. It is just your message for the other person.
Click on browse and then find the location on your hard disk where your file is located. For example you have a file (say 123.jpg) on you D drive. Click browse find D drive and then find 123.jpg. Double click on 123.jpg and your file will be uploaded.
