Why Does It Seem That All Political Officials Are Wealthy?
Why Can't Anybody Run For A Big Political Office Like President. We Surely Have Common Folk That Could Do The Job.

Yes, there are plenty of "common folk" that could, and should, do the job. The problem with the two party system in america now is that it costs a lot to run a campaign. Signs, fliers, brochures, et cetera aren't cheap. Add in travel expenses for the higher offices and you're looking at a huge amount of money. There have been several presidents from humble beginnings, but by the time they campaigned they were rather wealthy. I think by opening the debates to third party and independent candidates would go a long way in fixing the system.
