You have to be very patient with it and put your hand in its cage for a few minutes every day gradually getting closer each time when you get really close try stroking it it will eventually allow you to pick it up but this could take months so be very patient.

The bird must get used to u in it's mind you are a terrifying creature and holding it daily against it's will won't help in fact you'll stress the bird and it might die you need to approach the bird on it's own terms not yours. You'll know what the bird might like or tolerate through trial and error after a while it'll get used to you and may even start to play with you.

There are so many different things that could be wrong with your budgie. The best bet is to make an appointment with your avian veterinarian as soon as you can. You'll want to monitor your birds droppings and see if she is eating anything. If not, you'll want to put some food at the bottom of her cage to see if she's eating anything at all. If she's weak, she may not have enough strength to fly up to her food bowl.

You can try by saying words such as 'Hi', 'Hello' and other such small single or double syllable words so that in the initial beginning it becomes easy for the parrot to say such words. You cannot force the parrot to say these things; it all depends on its mood. You should always have a smiling face whenever teaching anything to your bird so that he enjoys saying it too

Hold the bird every day at the same time and same length of time.
