Yes Pakistan can very well survive without foreign aid because with aid comes stringent terms and conditions that further aggravate Pakistan's problems and the country remains stuck with IMF's Draconian policies and ends up stuck in a vicious circle. There has to be a limit to foreign interference in regional politics and economic affairs. Pakistanis are capable enough for stabilizing themselves and resolving their regional issues if the foreign powers let them take charge of their own affairs for a change.
