No Septicemia is not contagious, however, it is usually caused by poor water quality and other general conditions which can cause it to manifest in your other fish. It is best to quarantine the affected fish, treat it with an antibiotic, and check the parameters of your water in the main fish tank to remove the source of the septicemia.
