How Are Boundaries Defined?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In the construction business, the boundaries are set by the government of that country. Any boundary that is set by the government is known as 'legal boundaries' while any boundary that is set by man or any other authority other than the government is known as 'illegal boundary'. It is very important to stay under the jurisdiction of the law or it will be a crime and serious legal action will be taken against you. The boundary is defined by various calculations and the amount of money each area of that place will fetch. The area is calculated in terms of square feet. The government appoints engineers or surveyors in order to calculate the land.

Setting boundaries is not an easy job. There are a lot of things that are to be considered before setting a boundary. Many legal obligations have to be fulfilled before finalizing the boundary of any area.
