    Sparkhill Library is located at 641 Stratford Road, Birmingham, which is at Springfield. It lies on the upper floor of the Council House for Yardley District Council. The landmark to this place is the impressive clock tower. The building was planned by Arthur Harrison.

    Some of the impressive features of this library are copper art nouveau door-handles and a patterned encaustic tile floor in the major corridor has been conserved. There is an elegant staircase and open timber roof. However, the ground floor of this library comprise of Sparkhill Neighbourhood Office and by Sparkhill Social and Cultural Centre. The building has been given a rating of A.

    Some of the facilities other than a library can provide are Baby Changing Facilities Dyslexia Information Point, Full Wheelchair Access, Hearing Impaired Facilities and Public Toilet.
